Wellness With Becky
I absolutely love Becky's Yoga classes. I've done classes in the Shala, on Zoom and private sessions and have really enjoyed them all. Yoga is brilliant for helping my body feel stronger and healthier and getting rid of all the day-to-day aches and pains. It's also helped me recover from surgery and regain movement and flexibility. Her encouragement and patience helping me work towards self practice has been wonderful. As a teacher Becky is really great at tweaking us all individually, helping us work to our strengths and supporting us by adapting things to be suitable for any injuries and quirky bodies! Small friendly groups, with Beckys warm and supportive encouragement make each session a fun and invigorating class to be part of.
